Achieving Puppet Lip Synch
 
The voices were pre-recorded on magnetic tape, then played back on the puppet set during the performance. The puppeteers worked hard to keep the necessary gestures and mouth movements in synch with the taped dialogue. The music and sound effects were added in post production.
